Lacie has many years of experience working with students at other schools (plus her own wonderful Bobcats).  Mr. Baily is our aftercare assistant and a West Side Alum and works alongside Miriam Gomez to round out the team.  

 

Aftercare is provided until 5:30.  Please pick up your students on time.  

 

Please use the registration form below to register your student for After Care.  Students will not be able to attend aftercare until the registration form is complete.  You must fill out the days and times you plan on your student attending and must let Lacie know if your student will not be attending their scheduled time slot. This helps us plan staffing accordingly.    

 

We do not accept drop ins without prior notice.  To arrange an unscheduled drop in you must email or call Lacie by 9:00am that day and she will check availability.  

 

Students are charged $12 per hour and $11 per hour for each additional sibling.  A late fee of $1 per minute is applied for any late pickup. 

 

Kinder Bridge affords kindergarten students free After Care until their older sibling is released and will only be charged for any extended time.  

 

The front office does not accept payments. After Care pre-payments should be made through Pro Care or if paying by cash or check, payments must be placed in the lockbox in Phoenix Hall. If you have any problems with the Procare website (see below), please email Lacie at [email protected]
