PARENT RETAKE PROCESS:
Parents can order a retake after viewing their gallery of images online.
There is a $10 fee for this service. The ability to order online turns off midnight prior to make-up day so you can be assured of knowing who is on the “to be photographed list.”
“Walk on” must bring $10 to the photographer to be photographed. MugsyClicks will not photograph students without payment unless specific school request.
Students who have paid for retakes but are not available for photos may request refunds from CustomerSupport@MugsyClicks.
Parents may order from the first and/or the retake session.
