Hello West Side Families!
This year the Felta Fiesta will take place on Saturday April 1st from 4:30 to 8:30
at the Krug Event Center in Healdsburg. We have been working hard planning
another great event and have secured some AMAZING Grand Prizes and Silent
Auction items for this year’s raffle thanks to generous local community members
and businesses!
Bobcats came home with their Raffle Packets LAST Friday 3/3. The packets
include specific instructions on how to buy and sell raffle tickets and purchase
event tickets. Also keep a lookout for information on our West Side Parent
Facebook Page, our Event Website, the West Side website as well as weekly
announcements via email and in Wednesday Mail Packets. Keep in mind that
this is our biggest fundraising effort of the year. We have an annual goal of
$103,000 to raise to continue to support our cherished enrichment programs
therefore we count on the success of this event to get us there!
So, what can you do to help? Here are a few ways you can help us get to our
goal:
• Help your Bobcat sell a minimum of 10 raffle tickets to friends, family and
neighbors.
• Invite and encourage friends and family to attend the event!
• Donate an item or gift certificate from your business.
• Donate wine for raffle, auction or pouring at the event.
• Volunteer with your child to help sell raffle tickets outside various businesses
