 Hello,
Welcome back to PE. A few quick reminders to start the year:
β PE is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. β Please remember your running shoes. No crocs, sandals or rain boots. Students without proper shoes will be asked to do a strength workout instead of the prepared game. β Excused from activity = Please remember to send a note or a doctor's note for any injuries/illnesses. You can always text me at 707-237-1697 as well. We can always accommodate activities to stay included in the fun of the class. β Our theme this year is "The Olympic Games". Last week we had fun with Ping Pong and Ultimate Frisbee. β Ido226.2 : Students are encouraged to walk or run laps at lunch and recess to reach a marathon by the end of the year. We will be celebrating the top three boys and girls throughout the year. All participants who reach the marathon will receive awards and medals at the end of the year.
