West Side Aftercare
Aftercare operates on the school calendar and is therefore not open during school holidays.
Registration
To reserve your child’s spot in Aftercare for the 2025-26 school year, please use the registration form in the Aftercare Handbook. You’ll need to register for the specific days and times your child will be attending. A monthly contract is required to hold those spots.
Please remember, you’ll be charged for the days and times you sign up for, whether or not your child attends. If your child won’t be attending on a scheduled day, please email us at [email protected] to let us know. Students cannot be registered until account balances are paid in full.
**IMPORTANT: Please do not contact Ms. Lacie on her personal cell phone regarding school matters. Instead, call the Aftercare number 707-433-3923 ext. 17 or email [email protected] for assistance.** Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
**Please note that drop-in Aftercare is no longer available due to staffing limitations.Registration Fee
There is a $25 registration fee per year for each family.
Aftercare Fees
After care is available at $12.00 per hour. Families with more than one child will receive a discounted rate of $11.00 per hour for siblings.

Kinder Bridge
Allows kindergarten students to attend Aftercare at no charge until their older sibling is released from class at the end of the school day. Registration for Kinder Bridge is still required.
Payment Policies
- Aftercare payments can be made by cash or check (payment lockbox is in Phoenix Hall)
- Make checks out to West Side Elementary
- Credit Card payments can be made online @ MyProcare.com
Accounts must maintain a positive balance for your child(ren) to attend aftercare.
Late Pick-up Policy
The late fee is $5.00 per minute per child.

Log in today!
1. Go to MyProcare.com.
2. Enter your email address (the email you have on file with West Side School Aftercare) and choose Go.
3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Go.
4. Then you may:
a. View your child's schedule, account information and more.
b. Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card.
